Abilene Gives

Abilene Gives is around the corner, and we want you to know where the money donated to our organization will go.

$25 Helps with our HIV and AIDS educational community outreach. We travel to events in the community and provide education and educational material to the public.

$50 Helps feed patients and their families through our agency food pantry. We provide food pantry services every Wednesday to any patients in need. For some, this is the only food they will have access to all week.

$75 helps fund other services such as dental care, medical transportation, housing assistance, health insurance copay assistance, case management and emergency financial assistance.

$100 BCAR Hope- be a part of ending the epidemic. We know that being undetectable = untransmittable so our goal is to help every patient work towards an undetectable viral load and higher CD4 count through our medical clinic and medical treatment team. Our medical clinic provides treatment for HIV, AIDS and other STIs. We provide ongoing medical care after diagnosis that includes physicals, well woman visits, evaluation and treatment of other acute and chronic illness, and minor procedures.  We have an onsite lab and provide immunizations and vaccines. We provide health care to clients who are insured and to those with no means to pay for medical treatment at NO COST. We also assist with medication costs, which alone is a huge expense.
