Dear Clients,
This letter is being sent out to all of our clients to update you on what is going on with our clinic during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
Please rest assured that we will be providing the same services that you have always received, however we are going to have to get creative in making sure that this happens. The staff has been spending a great deal of time dedicating to making sure your services will not be interrupted during this time. Outlined below is being set in place for your health safety which is most important to us.
Please read this section carefully. If you have any questions, please call us at 325-672-3077. Please do not drop by to ask questions at this time.
Services:
Bus Passes -A self-addressed stamped envelope will be sent to your mailing address. Please return your bus documentation sheet to BCAR in the return envelope. BCAR will sign on your behalf during this time of COVID-19 Pandemic. The bus pass and the new bus documentation sheet will be sent back to you in the mail. Do not stop by to drop off paperwork.
Mileage Logs -If you need to be reimbursed for mileage please call the main number. A selfÂaddressed stamped envelope will be sent to you with the appropriate form to fill out. Please return in the enclosed envelope for processing. Do not stop by to drop off paperwork.
Medical Refills -If you need a refill on your medication or need to pick up a medication at BCAR please call Cindy Crawford at 325-266-1821 or email Cindy at
cindy.crawford@pacenters.org to make arrangements. Do not show up at the clinic without making arrangements.
Primary Care Physician -If you need to see Cindy Crawford for anything other than the COVID-19 virus please call Cindy Crawford at 325-266-1821 or email Cindy at
cindy.crawford@pacenters.org to make arrangements. Do not show up at the clinic without making arrangements.
COVID-19 Symptoms - If you are showing signs of the COVID-19 virus or feel you have been exposed or have general questions or concerns, please contact call Cindy Crawford at 325-266-1821 or email Cindy at cindy.crawford@pacenters.org for further instructions/evaluations. Do not show up at the clinic.
Emergencies -_Please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Cost Sharing for Insurance - A self-addressed stamped envelope will be sent to your mailing address. Please send your co pay back to BCAR in the provided envelope for payment.
Food Pantry- Will be held every Wednesday during the usual times 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. However, you will only be able to shop for 2 weeks worth of groceries. So do not come every week as you will be turned away if you come back every week. Do not go to the main building. If you arrive by car: Please pull into the parking lot, but do not get out of your car. An attendant will check you in at your car. Once your number is called drive by the entrance to the Food Pantry and your groceries will be brought to your car. Walking/Bus: Please report to the desk in front of the Food Pantry. You will be checked in by the volunteers. Once checked in there will be designated seating under the car port. The seats will be appropriately spaced for social distancing. Do not bring guests with you due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, unless they provide you transportation.
Positive Voices and Life Renovations - Cancelled until further notice. We will let you know when we start back.
I realize that this is a lot of information to absorb. We are here for you ever step of the way to make sure you receive your services.
